| Do I need to make a reservation for Trailanqui? |
It
is not a must, but it is recommended to make a reservation before
going to Trailanqui because of the large number of people that go,
especially in the summer months and weekends. In addition, Trailanqui
is open all year hosting conferences, courses, and special events
which sometimes use all of Trailanqui's facilities. |
| How do I make a reservation? |
To
make a reservation, call us at the Trailanqui Hotel & Resort
at (56-45)578218 or at (56-45)578219; or call the commercial offices
in Temuco city at (56-45)231416; or write us an email at info@trailanqui.com
asking for a reservation. After we confirm the availability, we
request that at least 50% of the total value of your stay be prepaid
and the proof of payment be faxed to (45)272359 or emailed to info@trailanqui.com.
After we receive this information, you will be sent a confirmation
of your reservation by mail, fax and/or email. |
| What are the condiciones of a reservation? |

total stay of the reservation. |

| At what age are children charged for lodging in the Hotel? |
Children
three years old and under are not charged for lodging, and a complimentary
crib will be provided for them if it is requested when making a
reservation. Children over three years old are not charged lodging
when sharing a bed with an adult. |
| Do the hotel rooms and the cabins come with televisions? |
| There
are televisions only in the public lounges of the Hotel. We do not
want our children to stay in their rooms watching TV when there
is a world to discover outside with plenty of activities organized
by recreation coordinators starting with milking the cows at 8:00
in the morning, until fun bonfires and guitar at the end of the
day. |
| Is there a transfer shuttle? |
Yes,
there is a shuttle that can requested when making a reservation.
The fee will depend on the amount of people who ride and on the
distance travelled. |
| Where can we go in case of bad weather? |

You can go to Temuco which is 1 hour (67 km.) from Trailanqui, visit
the Ñielol Hill national park, the regional Araucano Museum,
Municipal Market; and go shopping the in commercial centers and
department stores. |
| If I want to learn how to play golf, should I bring clubs? |
It
is not necessary. Trailanqui has clubs you can use when taking a
class. |
| How much does it cost to go swimming in the heated swimming pool? |
It
is free for hotel guests. For guests staying in cabins or in the
campground there is a cost of U$ 3 for adults and U$ 2 for children.
There is a cost of U$ 6 for adults and U$ 3 for children who come
for the day. |
| Is there anywhere to buy groceries? |
Trailanqui
has a mini-market totally equipped with everything you might need
including fresh fruit and vegetables grown in our organic garden,
the finest meats in the south of Chile, freshly baked bread, along
with dairy products, packaged goods, wine and liquor. There is also
prepared food you can take out. So, if you are camping or staying
in a cabin, you can cook, buy prepared food, or eat at the Trailanqui
Restaurant. |
