The Trailanqui Hotel was built respecting its environment,
following an architectural design that beautifully integrates it with
the landscape. The building materials used in the construction were
taken from the property itself and it's surroundings. Roofs made with
coigüe shingles. Native wood walls made from boards the same
width as the tree from which they were cut. Floors made with large
vitrified rounds of cypress trunks, naturally shaped like flowers.
Lamps made with interlaced elk antlers. Hardened lava from the nearby
Llaima Volcano was used to make the massive fireplace. Private bathrooms
with warm water 24 hours a day, and many other details that will surprise
you when you come see for yourself.
